My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms definitely need some updating and TLC, especially the beds which were quite uncomfortable. Housekeeping was lacking as my room was barely touched the first day and completely ignored the second day. On the bright side, the service was exceptional with a welcoming and attentive staff. The location was central to my activities, although I did notice some questionable residents around. The dining was a plus with basic options and a convenient Starbucks nearby.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with a few noteworthy positives like cool rooms and helpful service, but there were some drawbacks like the sketchy location and basic dining options. The overall value for the price was decent.

Even though the hotel faces a courtyard, providing a quiet atmosphere despite its location on a busy street, the rooms are a decent size. The service was incredibly helpful, offering local restaurant recommendations and maintaining a friendly attitude throughout. The location, while in transition, is close to many activities, but some questionable residents can be seen. The dining experience, while included in the nightly rate, may not be exciting, and the facilities exhibit some signs of wear, possibly needing a facelift.
